Heat oil in a pan and add couscous in the pot of oil and stir
Add seasoning cubes and coconut milk and allow to boil.
Switch off the stove and allow to steam and serve with chicken goulash
Trim any skin off the chicken breast and cut into cubes, season well with MAGGI chicken, paprika, and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat the oil in the sauce pan, add chicken breast and fry over a high heat until nicely browned all over, turning regularly and add onion, garlic paste, ginger paste into the pan and cook with the chicken until softened
Sprinkle the paprika and flour over the chicken and stir fry for a few minutes. Add tomato puree, MAGGi chicken tablet, water and sour cream. Add the diced red, green and yellow bell peppers and stir well and allow to simmer.
Serve with small portion of couscous and a spoonful of sour cream
