    Heat up on medium heat add oil allow for 2 mins, add onion and allow to fry until light brown.

    Add in pepper blend and fry for 3mins. Add in curry and thyme

    Add gizzards, MAGGI Chicken and mix well to coat in sauce. Add water and allow to simmer.
