Add coconut milk, water, 2 MAGGI Signature Jollof then bring to boil.Add rice and stir, allow to cook for 20 minutes.Add the seafood mix, big prawns. Stir and cook for 5 minutes
Add green bell pepper and diced carrot to the rice. Fine cut the lemon grass and add to the rice. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
